- Operating Hours: 9am to 9pm
- Reservation: Reservation is required for all Ayurvedic Treatments.
- Check In: Clients should be present at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.
- Food: Clients are advised not to take any meals immediately before any ayurvedic therapy. A light meal may be taken half an hour before treatment. One hour wait is recommended after having a full meal, before starting the Ayurvedic treatment.
- Attire: Clients are advised to wear loose and comfortable clothes.
- Valuables: Please leave your valuables at home. The management does not accept any responsibility for loss of money or valuables brought into the Sanctuary.
- Assignment of Ayurvedic Therapists: We will try our best to assign an Ayurvedic Therapist of your choice, but this may not always be possible.
- Payment Mode: Cash and Credit Cards are accepted.
- Cancellation: A cancellation notice of at least one day is helpful in reallocating these slots to others who are waiting.
- Etiquette: In our efforts to ensure that all our clients benefit from the ayurvedic treatments, we request you to keep the noise level to a minimum. Kindly switch off all electronic devices to ensure a calm and peaceful environment.
